About Las Vistas TRG
The Las Vistas TRG website allows Users to view the services offered, providing contact and booking information and allowing Users to stay up to date on the activities and offers of the same.
Reservation
The User can make reservations for stays at Las Vistas TRG using the appropriate online procedure managed by Krossbooking. The reservation can be modified or canceled by the User at any time by making a written request to booking@lasvistastrg.eu, subject to any modification or cancellation penalties highlighted on the reservation itself.
Rates
REFUNDABLE RATE and LAST MINUTE REFUNDABLE RATE:
A deposit of 30% is required to confirm the booking which must be paid by Credit or Debit Card or Bank Transfer.
The balance must be paid by credit or debit card, bank transfer or in cash before the delivery of the keys and / or entry codes.
The customer can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival, obtaining a full refund with the same means of payment.
The customer will receive a coupon of the same value as the total paid, valid for 2 years from the date of issue if he cancels within 48 hours (2 days) before arrival.
NON REFUNDABLE RATE, NON REFUNDABLE LAST MINUTE and LAST SECOND RATE:
Full payment of the reservation is required to confirm the reservation
The customer can cancel at any time, he will receive a coupon of the same value as the total paid, valid for 2 years from the date of issue.
Security deposit
A security deposit of € 200.00 is always required, which must be paid by credit card before handing over the keys and / or entry codes and which will be returned within 7 days of Check-Out if not found damages or deficiencies in the rented apartment.
Causes of force majeure
In the event that the originally rented apartment cannot be used for reasons of force majeure (problems or damages that cannot be resolved with the guest inside it) an alternative accommodation will be made available with characteristics similar to that of the contract.
Resale of the Service
Users are not authorized to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of Las Vistas TRG and its Services without the Owner's express permission.
Use not permitted
The Service must be used as established in the Terms.
Users cannot:
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or create derivative works based on Las Vistas TRG or any portion of it;
bypass the computer systems used by Las Vistas TRG or its licensors to protect the content accessible through it;
copy, store, modify, change, prepare derivative works or alter in any way any of the content provided by Las Vistas TRG;
use any robot, spider, search application and / or site retrieval, or any other device, process or automatic means to access, retrieve, scrape or index any portion of Las Vistas TRG or its contents;
rent, lease or sublicense Las Vistas TRG;
use Las Vistas TRG in any other improper way that violates these Terms.

The User expressly exempts and relieves the Owner from any liability, within the limits permitted by applicable legislation, in relation to any damages or claims of any kind and nature of his own and / or third parties including direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special damages. , damages deriving from lost profits, lost revenues, loss of data or replacement costs deriving from or otherwise connected with this agreement.
Changes to these Terms
The Owner reserves the right to make changes to the Terms at any time, giving notice to the User through its publication within Las Vistas TRG.
The User who continues to use Las Vistas TRG after the publication of the changes accepts the new Terms without reserve.
Transfer of the contract
The Owner reserves the right to transfer, assign, arrange by novation or subcontract all or some of the rights or obligations deriving from the Terms, provided that the User's rights provided herein are not affected.
The User may not assign or transfer in any way their rights or obligations under the Terms without the written authorization of the Owner.
Communications
All communications relating to Las Vistas TRG must be sent using the contact information indicated in the Agreement.
Applicable law and competent court
These Terms and all disputes regarding the execution, interpretation and validity of this contract are subject to the law, the jurisdiction of the State and the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of the place where the Owner is based.
